Our long-term international client is looking for a colleague to join their team as a
Recruitment Coordinator on a B2B basis.
Employment: full-time
Project length: 9 months
Your responsibilities will be
- Scheduling the interviews with candidates for hiring managers / recruiters.
- Track candidates and update them regarding each step of the hiring process.
- Update candidate records in the internal system.
- Communicate with agency recruiters and internal recruiters.
- Be aware of new opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation if needed.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proficient knowledge of the English language.
- Previous experience with recruitment or administrative tasks is a must.
- Communication skills are needed to ensure accuracy in communication results.
- Excellent analytical, research and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and works well with other internal functional groups.
- Initiative, fast learning and self-motivated.
