Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze an 18-month rolling forecast for a Sales Region.
- Lead monthly Demand Review meetings for S&OP Process management sign-off.
- Enhance planning accuracy across products, franchises, and sales regions.
- Integrate sales, marketing, and consumer insights for data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Order Management, and Sales Analytics to improve product availability.
- Foster a culture of creative thinking and innovative decision-making.
- Aggregate long-term plans for optimized purchasing.
- Continuously refine Demand Planning processes, reporting, and tools.
What will help you to succeed?
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in S&OP and Forecasting, preferably in the CPG/FMCG sector.
- Strong team player with collaborative planning skills.
- Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) + SAP.
