• Support all employees’ requests related to their employment.
• Actively participate in talent identification and selection processes.
• Ensuring the organisation's present and future HR needs are fulfilled.
• Perform salary reviews and participate in the annual budget preparation.
• Enforce and implement global/regional policies to shape the human resource strategy.
• Consult, advise, influence, and partner with local managers.
• Identify training needs within the country.

• Excellent knowledge of English and Czech / Slovak languages.
• Previous experience on a similar or HR Generalist position is a must.
• Good computer skills (MS Office Suite).
• Pro-activity in finding solutions, problem-solving attitude.
• Advanced organisational skills.
• High level of independence, accountability.
• Excellent communication skills.
