The project is looking for a SAP HCM Consultant.
Responsibilities include:
- Direct interaction with clients to discern their SAP HR requirements.
- Support provision for users and payroll accountants.
- Issue resolution, particularly during closing periods.
- Basic HR module customisation management as per client request, in collaboration with developers for extensive modifications.
- Conducting training for users and payroll accountants to maximise SAP utilisation.
- Development of technical documentation and user manuals.
- Administrative oversight during project management and new offer preparation.
- Engagement with R3, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors.
Success Requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP HR.
- Fundamental understanding of labour law.
- Comprehension of company HR processes (employee life cycle).
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules: PY, PA, PT, OM, SuccessFactors.
- Customisation experience with at least the PY module.
- Basic ABAP knowledge for effective developer collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate client-developer interactions.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- Familiarity with Czech or Slovak payroll legislation.
