We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Process Engineer for our client, a company involved in manufacturing components for the world's largest consumer electronics and automotive end market.

Your new role

• To manage the quality of production of the entrusted product in the automotive field

• Performs setup, documentation, analysis and improvement of production and associated processes of high-volume production.
• Maintains processes to/compliant with accepted standards, customer requirements, company policy and regulations
• Proposes and implements process and technology improvements, collaborating on defect analysis and design and implementation of corrective actions; monitoring process performance (C/T & balancing);
• Implements engineering changes to products (ECN); collaborates on the development of contingency plans and procedures
• APQP.

What you'll need to succeed

• High school or university in a technical field
• Knowledge of 4M, Fishbone, FMEA, SMED & Lean manufacturing, TPS
• Awareness of quality assurance systems and APQP procedure, DOE & SPC method
• Designing and implementing changes based on analysis results
• Team management, presentation experience, negotiation
• Perfect mastery of MS Word, Excel; PowerPoint.
• 2 years in a similar position in an automotive manufacturing company.
• Personality: proactive, communicative, capable of coordination.
