For an international automotive corporation with its business centre in Prague, we are looking for German Customer Service Specialist.

Your new role

• Order processing, invoicing, and forwarding duties
• Customer order stock control and support
• Organising transport to the customer
• Cooperation with responsible sales representatives/managers
• Controlling customer payments and credits together with responsible sales representatives/managers
• Improving quality of customer service
• Creating weekly sales reports

What you'll need to succeed

• To succeed you need to speak fluently German (min. C1) and English (at least communicative level). You need to have experience from customer support role and be motivated to continue helping customers.
